18 Syawal 1432 - Our First Open House @ UK

Assalamualaikum wbt,

Lama tak update blog kan? 
Bukan ape busy sikit dengan kerja and beraya.

Sebut pasal Raya, last friday, me buat open house. 
Buat simple2 je.. Me buat Bihun Singapore, My Dearie buat Tuna and Pita Bread.
Then, me suruh Mak buat Rendang Ayam yang lazat itu..

Beside that,
ader our very delicious Brownies and very superb Peanut Butter chocolate Cheesecake.

Actually, that's our fisrt time buat open house. 
Alhamdulillah, seronok dapat bagi orang makan..
Insyallah, semoga Allah swt murahkan rezeki kami.

Ape2 pun, really enjoyed every moments with friends and families.
And hope, they also love the foods.


Ramai jugak yang datang, my Dearie punya Ex-colleague masa kat ATSA, Dubai, VDI.

Bingkisan Illahi

Malam ini ketika keseorangan ditemani bunyi dengkuran si suami yang keletihan..;))
dan kedinginan kipas berputar kuasa 3 ....

Hati sungguh rakus berbisik
ketika meniti bayangan bingkisan-bingkisan jejari kecil.

Setiap detik, setiap saat, setiap minit hati menanggung rindu
Menanti bibit-bibit itu, merancang saat itu

Bayangan bingkisan-bingkisan itu bermain di minda
Bingkisan yang menjadi buruan setiap hati dan jiwa manusia

Bingkisan yang menyerikan setiap saat hidup manusia
Bingkisan yang bisa menaikkan semangat setiap organ bernyawa

Bingkisan yang akan membahagiakan Aku, Dia, Mereka
Bingkisan idaman dua jiwa

13 Syawal 1432 : First Time in My Life, you know !!!!

Kisah terjadi ketika...oppsss !! saje je nak buat gempak awal2 nie..
Hihihi...actually nak story la kan..

Last friday, after office hours kena gerak ke Putrajaya for kenduri tahlil arwah Ayah Chor.
Sape Ayah Chor ?? Will tell you in my next entry.

Biasa la tahlil mesti la after Maghrib but we arrived sana waktu Isyak.
Jammies giler babun punya teruk..Dari UK Perdana nak ke Duke yang biasanya 5 minutes
dah jadi 30minutes. Memang panas pungguq la..

So My Dearie decided ikut jauh la coz nak elak jammed kan..Ikut NKVE.
Dari rumah kluar dalam 7.45pm sampai Putrajaya pukul 9.30pm.
That time pun orang dah habis makan. 

Tapi xpe la, asalkan kita datang kan. Lepak sembang2 sampai pukul 10 lebih jugak.
My Parents in law pun terus balik Ipoh that nite.
Kami bertiga pun gerak balik KL lalu MEX (Maju Xpressway).
Memang dekat la and tak jammed.

Sampai je KL, tiba2 kuar dari mulut My Dearie nak tengok muvie.
Ape lagi, terus la ke Wangsa Walk. Nak check dulu muvie ape yang ader that time.
Ader Hantu Bonceng but dah penuh so beli la ticket for The Smurfs.
Show pukul 12.20am.. Tak kisah layan jugak la walaupun lewat mlm.
Tapi still gak tak sedar diri yang esoknya kena kerja. Masuk je dalam cinema
baru start cerita, mata dah mula memberat yang teramat sangat.
Mula duduk xsenang. First time rasa macam nie..

Dah tak tahan sangat, me mintak permission My Dearie nak tido kejap.
What the heckkkk !!!!??? LEH TIDUQ DALAM CINEMA..
Memang hancur la..
Beberapa kali melelapkan mata, akhirnya dihujung2 muvie tue my mata
mula segar.Tapi xde guna coz xtahu jalan cite dari awal..
HUHUHUHU..RUGI LA !!!

Habis muvie pukul 2.00am.. Balik rumah ape lagi terus tiduq laaaa !!
Mana leh tahan !!!

OPPSSS !!! About muvie The Smurfs tu..
Hmmmm...agak bosan la di awal ceritanya.. Ending boleh tahan jugak la..
Tapi overall, dari 5 stars ,me bagi 2 stars je..

8 Syawal 1432 : Mood Kerja Harus Bermula !!

Banyak betul benda nak story since hari-hari terakhir berpuasa and beraya di Ipoh.
Dah start kerja pun today...so mood kerje...MARI MARI MARI..

Ape-apu pun,  i'll update sikit-sikit dari rumah..
Itu pun klau la My Dearie bg i guna laptop time malam-malam..
(coz dia buat kerja kat rumah)

4 Syawal 1432 : Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cheesecake

For Raya this year
me buat Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cheesecake idaman my Dearie.
For Family in law for their open house on 1st Day Raya.


Actually, since me and Dearie berkenalan memang 
every year My Dearie nak me buatkan cake for them. 
Katanye before kenal tuannyer kena la bagi rasa masakan dari air tangan me..
Ahak..ayat ayu kan ??? Tapi memang itu yang Dearie cakap.

Ingredients

Base:

  • 1/2 (14-ounce) Chip more cookies (2 cups crumbs)
  • 1/2 cup bittersweet chocolate chips (optional)
  • 4 tablespoons soft unsalted butter

Filling:

Directions

Cook's Note: All the ingredients should be at room temperature before you start.
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Process the crackers, peanuts, bittersweet chocolate chips, and butter in a food processor. Once it comes together in a clump, turn it into a springform pan and press into the bottom and up the sides to make the crunchy crust. Put it in the refrigerator while you make the filling.
Add all the filling ingredients to a food processor and pulse until it becomes a smooth mixture.
Pour and scrape the filling into the crust and bake for 1 hour, checking after 45 minutes. The top, only, should feel set and dry.
Take the cheesecakes out of the oven and set aside while you make the topping. Warm the sour cream and milk chocolate with the brown sugar in a small saucepan over a low heat. Gently whisk to blend in the chocolate as it melts, then take the pan off the heat.
Spoon and spread the topping very gently over the top of the cheesecake, being as careful as you so as not to break the surface. (Not that anything bad will happen; you'll just have chocolate marbling the cake a bit.) Put it back in the oven for a final 10 minutes. Remove the cake from the oven and cool. Slice and serve.
Make Ahead:
Make the cheesecake up to 2 days ahead. Cool and chill as directed. Do not cover until completely cold, then cover with a plate or plastic wrap, making sure that the covering does not touch the surface.Unmold and serve as directed in the recipe. This will keep in the refrigerator for up to 4 days total.
Freeze Note:
The cheesecake can be frozen for 1 month. Make sure it is thoroughly chilled then wrap, still in its pan, in a double layer of plastic wrap and layer of aluminum foil. Thaw overnight in the refrigerator and eat within 2 days. A small amount of condensation may appear on surface of the cheesecake after thawing, but it is still fine to eat.
